WYOART ships internationally. Shipping is free for all orders, regardless of the destination.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs procedures, and the carrier. Customers are advised to provide a complete and accurate address to avoid any delays.

Return and Refund Policy
Customers have 14 days from the receipt of their order to request a return.

To be accepted, the product must:

be unused and unopened;
be in its original packaging;
have intact and undamaged packaging;
be returned in a condition suitable for resale.
Return shipping costs are covered by WYOART. Customers must contact our customer service team before shipping the product to obtain return instructions.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 10 days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original order.

Products that have been used or opened, or that are returned with damaged packaging, may be refused.
